Shipping Policy

How an order moves

After successful payment authorization, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, transit is estimated at 4–6 business days.

Addresses and shipping charges

Available destinations and shipping charges appear at checkout. Please review the recipient name and full address before placing the order; correction requests may not be possible after fulfillment begins.

Tracking or delivery trouble

Tracking is supplied when available. For delay, loss, damage, missing contents, or a delivered scan without receipt, email udikeyif66@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and useful photographs.

Timing notes

Weekends and applicable holidays do not count as business days. The processing window is separate from transit time, and neither estimate promises arrival on a fixed date.
